God’s Guidance about Stress & Burnout
1 Corinthians 6:12. While we can do many things, it may not be best for us. Consider this guidance to manage your stress levels. What is good for another may not be for you.
Matthew 11:28-20. Take our stress (burdens) to Christ and then seek His help. In seeking Him, our stress becomes less as we focus on His will for our lives.
John 16:33. Jesus reminds us we will have troubles (stress) in this world. Turning to Him in them will give us a peace to face them because He has already overcome.
