Self-Esteem can consider these three areas: competence, confidence, connection. How one views/perceives or evaluates these in their own life will help from self esteem.

1. “Should” or “Must”. Believe things have to be a certain way.

2. Mind Reading. You think you know what someone else is thinking or why they do what they do without having more information.

3. Blow Things Up. It is made into a big deal or the worst thing ever when it is a small thing.
